Meet Santa

Dates:

7th & 8th December, 14th & 15th December and 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th December 2024.

Prices:

Costing just £25.00 per child, tickets include one child admission into the zoo, a lovely animal-themed gift, a free children’s meal per child, as well as meeting Santa himself. We promise that this experience will be one to remember! Accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo member), which can be purchased HERE.

Child zoo members are £15.00 per child - use code MEMBERS10 at checkout and please bring your membership card/s with you on the day to gain admission.

Under 3s are £15.00 per child - use code UNDER3 at checkout, and if the child/children are not under 3, you will be charged the difference on the day.

Tickets can only be purchased online via the link below, with early booking being advised to avoid disappointment!

1. All children will require a Meet Santa ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.  Accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo member).  Meet Santa tickets purchased for children with disabilities are entitled to a free carer visit (proof must be shown at admissions on arrival).
2. Please read the terms and conditions of purchase and the rules of operation of the park. 
3. Zoo members must bring their membership card with them on the day to gain admission into the zoo and to be shown to Santa’s elves as proof relating to the discount.
4. To be eligible for a membership discount, the child must also be a zoo member.
5. Dates and times for Meet Santa are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.  All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   
6. Please note there will be multiple bookings per time slot.  Please arrive at Santa’s Grotto for your allotted time, we will always aim for Santa to meet you within your 10-minute time slot.
7. You'll find Santa’s Grotto in the Children's Farm within the zoo.
8. Photographs are allowed to be taken in Santa’s Grotto.
9. We will require the first name and age of each child meeting Santa.
10. Parking is not included in the ticket price.
11. Adults are limited to two per child in the grotto.
12. This ticket also includes admission to the zoo and a free children’s meal per child.
13. Free child meal options are kid's cheeseburger, hot dog, chicken nuggets or pizza slice (pepperoni or cheese and tomato), served with chips and small soft drink.
14. Children’s meal is available from the Lake View Café 11:00am - 14:30pm.
15. No cash alternative or meal exchange offered.
16. Supervision of the child remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times.
17. For any late arrivals, we cannot guarantee your child will meet Santa.
