Visitor Services Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Visitor Services Team Leader to become a key member of our Visitor Services team, where you will help us to provide excellent customer service. You will report to the Operations / Visitor Service Manager on a day-to-day basis. You will assist with the day to day running and supervision of the various visitor services roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience of customer facing role in a leisure environment or visitor attraction, working in a team leader position. You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, together with organisation and planning experience. The role is very visitor focused, very hands on and will involve active participation in all tasks as well as assisting others in their duties, this will include serving customers, cash handling and cashing up of tills, every day will be different. Ensuring operational readiness each day in order for the park to open to visitors. IT literacy skills are desirable.
This position is 5 month fixed term with guaranteed 35 hrs per week, hourly rate £10.20 and will involve working five days a week including weekend’s and bank holidays
