Playbarn Memberships

It is a huge playbarn with giant slide, ball cannons, multi-level play opportunities and dedicated toddler area is a great place to meet friends and family or just to let the kids burn off their excess energy!

Members can also purchase a car park pass valid until 31st December 2024 for £12. This is valid for Playbarn visits only.

Terms and Conditions:

• Height restriction is 4'11" or (1m 50 cm)
• Supervision of the child always remains the responsibility of the parent or accompanying adult.
• Play is restricted to 1 x 90 minutes of play per day during busy periods. During quiet periods members have unlimited play sessions.
• Upon entering the Playbarn you are adhering to follow the Rule of Play as outlined.
• If a car park pass has two car registrations, it can only be used in one car at one time. If you forget your car park pass, you will be charged the £4.00 day rate.
• Memberships run from date of purchase until 31st December 2024.
• Memberships and membership cards are non-transferable.
• Free entry to the Playbarn will not be allowed without a valid membership card. If you forget the membership card you will be charged an admin fee of £2.50 per member.
• Replacement membership cards and car park passes will only be issued on production of photographic proof of identity and will incur an admin fee of £5.00.
• There are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds should you wish to terminate a membership prior to expiry.
• Cards must be shown for any member discounts.
• If we are closed due to circumstances beyond our control such as an enforcement or for economic reasons, we regret memberships may not be extended or money refunded (except for a national lockdown).
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Management reserves the right to alter or change the format of the memberships without prior notice.
• Misuse of memberships and membership cards may result in the membership being terminated.
• The Playbarn reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke a membership for any reason considered necessary.
• Member benefits are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
• Any change of address must be notified in writing either by post or email: play.barn@blackpoolzoo.org.uk.
