Birthday Parties

1. Playbarn Party Package

• Includes entry into the Playbarn for all party members and 2 hours package.
• Buffet-style kids' party food served in a designated party room within the Playbarn (selection of cheese or ham sandwiches, chips, crisps, cheese & tomato pizza, cucumber sticks with cordial, water and ice cream to finish).
• Includes a birthday cake celebration (birthday cake to be provided by yourself).
• Includes a dedicated party host for the period the party is in the party room.
• Includes 1 party game with the party host.
• Includes standard party bag for each child.
• Reserved table in seating area for adults.
• Includes 1 voucher for a Playbarn session for the birthday child.
• Includes free car park passes.

2. Deluxe Playbarn Party Package:

• Includes entry into the Playbarn for all party members and 2 hours package.
• Hot Buffet-style kids' party food served in a designated party room within the Playbarn (buffet of beef burgers, hot dogs, cheese & tomato pizza, chips, cucumber sticks with cordial, water and ice cream to finish).
• Includes a birthday cake celebration (birthday cake to be provided by yourself).
• Includes a dedicated party host for the period the party is in the party room.
• Includes 1 party game with the party host.
• Includes a large party bag for each child.
• Includes 1 voucher for a Playbarn session for the birthday child.
• Includes 2 hot drink vouchers for party organiser.
• Includes free car park passes.

PRICE:   £13.95 per child

3.  Private Hire Party  5.00pm - 7.00pm (during the winter period)

• Includes private hire of the Playbarn for up to 30 children (additional children charged at £10.95 per person)
• Buffet-style kids' party food (selection of cheese or ham sandwiches, chips, crisps, cheese & tomato pizza, cucumber sticks with cordial, water and ice cream to finish).
• Includes a birthday cake celebration (birthday cake to be provided by yourself).
• Includes standard party bag for each child.
• Includes 1 voucher for a Playbarn session for the birthday child.
• Includes free car park passes.

PRICE:   £350.00 for up to 30 children

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Minimum of 10 children per party.
• You must confirm attendee numbers three days in advance (for children who do not attend the party a food charge of £3.50 per child will apply unless confirmed three days in advance).
• Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Ask parents prior to party to advise you of any food allergies or intolerances, phobias or special needs.
• Minimum deposit of at least 50% to be paid on booking.
• Socks must be worn on the play frame.
• Maximum height 4' 11".
