Feed the Giraffes

Sorry, giraffe feeds are not available to book online during the winter period. Giraffe feeds may be available to book on the day at the zoo during weekends and school holidays, but this is staff and weather dependent.

Get closer than ever before as you head onto our private feeding platform and come face to face with the tallest animal in the world. As you hand-feed them with some of their favourite branches, you'll see their long tongues at work and find out what makes our tower of giraffes so special.

• £15 per person - Admission to the zoo is not included in this interaction and you will need a valid ticket or membership for the day of your visit.
• Children aged 3 -15 years must be accompanied by an adult who will be an observer only, they will not take part in the interaction unless they have purchased the interaction.
• Children under 3 years will not be able to enter the giraffe feeding platform 

As nature is unpredictable and the welfare of our animals is paramount, routines and itineraries may be adjusted.
