The big cats are only included in our Carnivore Keeper and VIP Big Cat Feed.
Because nature is unpredictable and the welfare of our animals is paramount, we are unable to guarantee interaction with any specific animals on the day of your experience.
We have tried to make our range of Animal Interactions as accessible as possible, however due to the nature of our working environment, regrettably some of our interactions may not be suitable. Please see the link for full details.

You can book up to 6 months ahead. All vouchers must be booked by their expiry date.

Other than the Feed a Giraffe and Feed a Camel interactions, admission to the zoo is included in the interaction cost for paying participants.
We do allow additional guest tickets for anyone joining your on the day of your interaction, which will be charged at our regular admission price. Our best rates can be found online by booking in advance. However, they will only be permitted to enter the zoo after 10.00am and must stay within public areas only. Alternatively, they can book as an additional participant on your interaction (subject to availability).
Our keepers work 365 days a year, come rain or shine. It's incredibly unlikely we'll cancel your interaction, however, in the rare event that extreme circumstances do lead to cancellation, we will reschedule or refund your interaction.
We have plenty of interactions suitable for visitors under the age of 16 - please see individual interaction for age restrictions. However, please be aware that all under 16s must be accompanied on their interaction by a paying, participating adult (excluding the Keeper Courses).
You should wear suitable shoes that are comfortable as you will be on your feet for most of the day. Please do not wear open toed shoes. You may get mucky so wear shoes and clothes you are happy to get dirty. Be prepared for the weather and bring weather appropriate clothing.
