Whatever you might need to enjoy your visit to Blackpool Zoo, we’ve got it covered.

All toilet blocks include a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Available in the main entrance, next to the large children's play area, at the Lake View Food Court and next to the Darwin Centre.

We also have a Changing Places facility with a height-adjustable changing bench, ceiling hoist, peninsular toilet and plenty of space.

Conveniently situated in every set of ladies and mens toilets.

A quiet place to look after the needs of your baby, situated next to the large outdoor children's play area.

If you require First Aid, any member of staff will be able to help direct you to the Visitor Services Hub in the main entrance.

Our team is happy to help with all your queries and the Hub can be found in the main entrance.

There's an ATM in the main entrance, please note there is a charge of £1.80 per transaction.
